Whole Wheat Pancakes

This recipe is authentically me. I made it up one day with no guidence. It is nothing unique in the world of pancakes but it is delicious, easy and nutritious. If you want a fluffier pancakes, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in at the end. If you want, add a little vanilla to the batter to mix it up. My personal favorite is blueberries or chocolate chips.

Tammy’s Whole Wheat Pancakes:

2 C Wheat Flour
¼ C sugar
½ tsp salt
1 T baking powder
2 C milk
2 eggs
1/3 C oil

Mix milk, eggs and oil. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix just until combined. Cook on gridle until bubby, then flip.
